Oolong Teas

Oolong is a bridge tea, with the amount of oxidation falling somewhere between green and black tea, and Pu’erh is a living tea, never fully dried and left to slowly oxidize over years. The Oolongs are often floral, while Pu’erh provides some unique earthy tastes and scents along with delicate and sweet.
